Startrail Attempt: FAILED

   Photographing Startrail is another FUN playing with camera.. but its not easy as i think plus am not fast learner (since when?) anymore?.. haih.. or its need self determination? Hu-Ha ! and more practice, patient, time and good company to talk with or maybe some good music on ur MP3 playlist coz its required long hours to take it.>.<..

 

I’ve done few shot with FAILED result:

 

1st attempt..

:: Mesilau Nature Resort

:: my lens not Wide enough and the cold weather keep fogged on my lens surface.. i dont know why it happen to my lens coz my two other company (The Sifus) does not faced any such problem.. huhu

 

2nd attempt

:: Perkasa Hotel, Kundasang (Facing the Mt. Kinabalu)

:: 04.12.2010

:: 12.14am – 1.24am

:: I got super wide 10mm-24mm Tamron but my setting and composition is Failed me.. am shooting from my room which is very comfortable place to wait for more hours during cold weather but the result is not as what i expected.. ngehh..

 

3rd attempt

:: Platform at  Perkasa Hotel, Kundasang

:: 04.12.2010

:: 8.18pm – 8.53pm

:: this time i expect better and long trails of the stars, so i went out from the hotel early.. its really cold outside.. after 35min shooting, the fogs started to cover the skies and make the stars disappear.. the weather getting colder and i can’t stand with it longer, so i stopped and go back to my room and sleep.. zzZZzz..

 

this wont be my last attempt.. jadi palan2 la sa mau belajar balik.. hehe.. and thanks to Jollence Lee for teaching me the technique.
